I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bloomberg (Singapur)
Interview
There were 3 parts to the interview; first a couple of team leaders gathered all the candidates in one room and gave a brief introduction of the company and the job (about 20 min). After that each candidate was assigned a working member of the team and "shadowed", basically sitting next to them and observing the work they do for 30 minutes. You can also ask questions about the job during this time. Last came the 1-1 interview. Usually you will get to talk to 3 people from the management team, separately for 25-30 minutes.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg (Tokio) in Jun 2015
Interview
It was extremely enjoyable, and mine comprised of three steps: all of them in Japanese & English
1. phone interview
2. face to face ( 2.5 hours, pretty long)
3. Groupwork
The sequence of these interviews probably differ among candidates, but what I can say is that they are really looking for ambitious people who have a clear career path set in mind with a good personality!
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bloomberg (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview process was extremely fast. I was hired through an agency and went in for an interview in November with HR. My rep called me as I was heading into the subway station to start in January as they had already met headcount for December.
