Bloomberg Global Customer Support Representative interview questions

Interview process includes 3 rounds, at least for Tokyo office and new recruits. It seemed that people were invited for in-house recruiting event (they may say they don't evaluate you but it still is a part of recruitment process so keep that in mind), while others were asked for an interview after submitting resume online. After online submission, HR will ask for phone interview -> Skype interview (if you don't live in Tokyo) -> then a final round interview in Tokyo. Who interviews you depends on the level / job you are applying for, but for new graduates (bachelors degree) it seemed to begin with young team leaders, then regional manager then to HR director.

The process took two weeks. The first one is a phone interview with HR(super nice person!); The second one is a face-face with two young team leaders ; The interview went on in a relaxed atmosphere.
