I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg (London, England) in Sep 2014
Interview
After submitting online application i got the call the next day. The phone interview was easy. The questions were: tell us about Bloomberg, our products, competitors, about yourself, what is a good customer service for you, what are three important qualities that a good customer support representative must have? i found all answers on their website and on google. the same day i got an email inviting for inhouse interview in the office in London. I had two interviewers. Both were very nice and friendly. They asked the same questions as on the phone plus how to deal with irate customer, give an example when you had such situation and what were your actions, where do you see yourself in 3 years (suggest to reply - a team leader or head of customer support), why do you want to work at Bloomberg, give an example of a good and bad team work that you had, what do you do if a customer asks you a question and you don't know the answer?

Interview
The process took 3 weeks. I applied through the company website (for the Italian speaker position), in the end of july, and they called me back, the after day to plan a phone interview. The phone interview was quite easy and they asked me simple questions , such as: what do you know about Bloomberg, the competitors, the clients, the role, and questions about myself ( introduce yourself, my strength, my weakness).
The phone interview took 30 minute.
After 4-5 days they e-mail me that they would like to meet me personally.
I gave the dates to go to London, I paid by myself the flight (It was really expensive, because of the summer time) and I had the house interview.
They asked me lots of things, but simple, as the phone interview.
Questions: Do you feel more leader or support? How would handle an angry customers? why you choose Bloomberg? An example of when I've been a support to my co- workers.

Interview
Applied online and I got a call from HR Manager for the phone interview and I was invited for the in house interview on the same day. I was interviewed by a team leader for an hour with a role play at the end. After the interview I shadowed a person who works for BB for 30 mins. During the shadowing session, I received an invitation email from HR for the final interview. At the final interview I was interviewed twice one from another team leader and the other from the head of GCUS. I think it went well.
It's been a week since I completed the interview and I am still waiting for the result..
I hope I get the job there.
