I applied online. I interviewed at Bloomberg (Singapur) in Aug 2018
Interview
Applied on their website, once shortlisted, I was given 5 days to complete a video interview where I had to self record myself. There's 1 practice question and 4 questions. They'll flash the questions and you'll be given 30 seconds to think followed by 90 seconds to answer. Questions are mainly about the company and the role. Once I passed this round, I was scheduled to head to the assessment centre where they gave a brief introduction and let you watch a Bloomberg video. Thereafter, there was 3 team members that came to allow us to ask questions (culture, training, job scope, etc). Then you'll need to do a analysis assessment which is excel based (no preparation required, just need to analyse the data). This was kind of stressful as the team managers will be standing behind you, observing your responses to the questions. Next, you'll need to come together in groups to discuss your findings and do a presentation. After this group assessment, you'll either be split to do a process map task or prioritization task. You'll be informed on the day itself if you're shortlisted to be interviewed by the team leaders/managers.
