A recruiter interview then an hour and a half onsite interview. The onsite interview was pretty basic with a few situational question and being told about the company. A week after my onsite interview, I received an email saying they were not proceeding with my candidacy. After going through the whole process I thought they would at least have the decency to give me a phone call to let me know and not send me a generic email. This definitely put a sour taste in my mouth.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg (London, England) in May 2018
Interview
- First 30 minutes call with a Coordinator
- Short call with Recruiter Lead to invite me over to London for an onsite
- Onsite: 1 hour with 2 Coordinators + 1 hour with 2 Leads
First call went very well, the Coordinator was interested and interesting.
However, the onsite interviews didn't go so well. I could feel they were not interested since the very beginning of the interviews and tried to cut it short as much as they could.
Questions were uninteresting and quite rudimentary...
They rejected me a week after (with a nice email from the Recruiter Lead I never met in person) kindly proposing to have a call to provide feedback. I answered positively (as I think it's always good to have feedback in order to improve) but I never got a reply.

Question 1
Q: Tell me about a time when you succeed/failed in a team?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Bloomberg (London, England) in Oct 2014
Interview
Applied online on a wednesday afternoon, was emailed on the thursday and set up a Phone screen for that day. I was then invited in for a face to face on the Friday; I met with the hiring manager, a recruiter and then the recruiter I would be supporting. After that I had a face to face with the Team Leader / Director on the Monday and was offered the role on the Tuesday - great speedy process!
