I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Bloomberg (New York, NY) in Nov 2020
Interview
The Interview process took exactly 3 months to complete. I applied in mid-September 2020. I first started with the phone screening in the first week of October. I got scheduled for the technical rounds for mid-November. After the technical rounds, it took another 2 weeks for the recruiter to get back to me and I was scheduled one other technical round. After a week of that, an hour and a half long recruiter and Engineering Manager round was scheduled. After a week, I got a call and was rejected. The Interview process was too long and I was kept in limbo for quite a long time in between interviews. It made my life a whole lot stressful.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I did lots of Bloomberg tagged questions in leetcode and the questions came from them. I was also asked a design question so go prepared with that too. Expect 2 technical questions in each of the technical rounds. The engineering manager round is pretty tricky too. It depends on how lucky you get. Some only roughly go through your resume and have behavioral questions. I was asked discussion type scenario-based design questions based on the project on my resume. Go prepared!
I applied online. I interviewed at Bloomberg in Nov 2020
Interview
I applied on their website and was invited to a phone interview round which lasted for an hour. The second round was a two hour video interview with two Bloomberg engineers. I got rejected after the second round.

Question 1
Some question were straight from LeetCode but others were to test the OOP concepts.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg (London, England) in Jan 2019
Interview
The interviewers had the cold dead eyes of ones who had long since sold their souls to capitalism and the attitude to match. Informative because I know now not ever to work for Michael.
