I applied booking.com as an account executive by their website. That was an easy process, I had only to submit my cv and cover letter. A few weeks later, I received an email that invite me to have a phone interview by Asia-Pacific recruiter. I set up for the week after I received the email. The interview did not as smooth as I expected because I can't hear the interviewer's voice clearly. I think that's because of a technical problem. I don't know. Now, I have to wait within a week to have a notice whether I accept or not.

Question 1
Why do you want to work with us? Study case if I am an account executive at booking.com
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Booking.com (Denver, CO) in Jan 2017
Interview
Very extensive.
1st interview was an hour long phone call with a recruiter in the WA office mostly general qualification and credential questions. 2nd interview was a 1+ phone interview with the Branch Manager. 3rd interview was an in-person with the Branch manager and shortly after two separate Skype interviews with important people within the company. The Skype interviews were 4 or 5 part in-depth questions and were used to dig deep into the personal characteristics you would bring into the workplace.
Very impressive interviewers. I was handled very professionally throughout the whole process. I was shocked they put so much effort into one entry level hire. It says volumes about the company. I was sadly not offered the position because the other interviewee had slightly more experience. I was encouraged to apply again and even offered a position in a different office. I will apply again if the opportunity presents itself.

Question 1
Name a time you and your boss had a disagreement.
How did you resolve the issue?
How was your relationship afterward?
What did you learn from the experience?
How will you apply what you have learned in the future?
Applied online, recruiter emailed to set up call the next day. Spoke for over an hour. Before hanging up I asked her if I was the right profile for the position and she replied that I was and that she would be recommending me for further consideration. Then I received an email the following week that said "Unfortunately, the hiring team decided that your profile wasn't quite the right fit for this position and we've decided to move forward with other candidates who are more closely aligned with the role."
