Applied through a referral. First a phone interview with HR, about 20'. Some basic questions about my background and my past experience. Then some questions to test how much I know about the company. They also asked about my salary expectations. After the interview, they arranged to send me a test challenge that I had to get done within the next seven days. After you start the online test, you have 75' complete it. You have to write 4 algorithms and pass the automated tests. You don't have a lot of time. It's important to be sharp with "boilerplate" coding like file reading and string manipulation so you don't waste time with it and get the most time possible to think about the algorithms.
The test didn't go well, so they called me to inform me that they wouldn't go forward with the technical interview, but that I could practice and re-apply if I wanted to.
