The phone interview with an HR staff from Singapore was fairly easy, from scheduling to the interview was smooth, the interviewer was very nice when repeating questions again since there were few troubles with our phone line.
The second interview at the office with a Supervisor through video call was more difficult, lots of assumed situations were given out along with emotional management tests. At the end of an interview as well as in a rejection letter, there was not much feedback given which would be very helpful for the interviewee for self-improvement.
