The process was very fluent - the interviewers were amazingly polite, very well structured We communicated, Fatima and I, using whatsapp which made it very friendly & efficient 3 different meetings were necessary : One with the HR department, one with a senior account manager and the final one (which is a presentation on a business case) with country manager

Gli interlocutori mi hanno messo a mio agio, il secondo colloquio è stato molto tecnico, mentre la prima intervista è avvenuta con le risorse umane, il tutto è avvenuto in video conferenza
First I do an assessment test.. then a recruiter called you to make interview by phone.. she told about the job role and the benefits of this role… after that she request to send a photo to my ID to check if my residence valid me to work in Netherlands.. we make a clear conversation between me and her… she give me hopes that I will working in this role…. After two days I received an email that I will not go to the next role.. when I contact her she told me that my English is not qualified me to work in Booking.com…. The funny thing that she understand what am saying and me also how is my English is not qualified me????? The role required Arabic language to communicate with the customer not English.. I couldn't find a compelling reason for not accepting me.. It is really unfortunate that the company like booking.com hires a rude employee, as she tarnishes the company's reputation…
