First round you do at home on your PC, online tests. I kinda didn´t have such a high score yet I was invited to come for a second round. Second round I was invited there (this was London) and was super nice work environment. Good coffee, snacks, nice recruiters. We (was a group interview) were listening to a presenation. first. Then did language test. Then did "fake" phone call with a client. Then personal interview with the manager of your particular team. They had LOT of questions, this whole process was quite very long.
