What was the worst customer interaction you have experienced and how did you handle it.
The recruiter quickly describe and explain the job description and the coming process ahead. Then package range, concern, requirement from his side. And also ask me about my previous working experience.

There was a test to test typing speed and a mock customer call where they test how you act when a customer calls and complains and there was a task where you had to write an email to a customer in English and in the language you are applying to work with.
