I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Booking.com (Orlando, FL) in Dec 2015
Interview
They were nice however I was well over qualified and they said I didn't have the qualifications they are looking for. I didn't LOOK the part is the way I felt after the interview. I have worked with this company with another job and always so nice so I reached out to that contact and from what I understand the FL office is kindof stuck up.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Booking.com (Amsterdam) in Jan 2015
Interview

Question 1
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Booking.com (Barcelona) in Sep 2013
Interview
It took about 4 months and 4 applications to get back to me. Assessment Center was a bit strange as how much will you get out of a group discussion when no Recruiter is in the room..? Questions as in "what stands the number 4.352.334 for?" and any of those kind of questions where misplaced and not relevant. If you want to provide some background info, do it but dont expect candidates to know what random numbers stands for. It appears to be amount of contacts by Guests or amount of bookings, amount of emails etc.
The 1-1 interview though, was very much in depth and very positive.
