Interview
First interview was great with the potential future manager. I got asked for a second interview to meet another member of the team and this person was giving a very bad attitude from the beginning, asked vague questions and also spoke to me in a very demeaning way. Not sure what made him act this way, not sure if it was because I am a woman IT or in general he didn’t like me for some reason even though I never met or talked to this person before. Also he gave me information regarding the role that was controversial with what the manager said. But either way it’s unacceptable. I wouldn’t want to work as part of a team that includes people like him, with superiority complex.

Interview
1. Intro meeting with recruiter 2. 30' interview with hiring manager (15 minutes for basic technical questions) 3. 1h technical interview 1: Past project presentation and one business case 4. 1h technical interview 2: Two business cases 5. Interview with product manager/analytics manager The whole interviewing process felt very open (I got written feedback after every round.) and relaxed (business cases felt like chatting about problems with my data science colleagues).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
On the interview with hiring manager I got questions such as: what's a bootstrap, about linear regression, ... it was focused on the basics. Business cases were focused more on experimentation/causal inference than machine learning. None of the interviews was particularly technical, they mostly want to see that you have good basics and your way of thinking.
