Booking.com Global Operational Excellence Leader interview questions

First interview with HR, followed by reporting manager, management above and director. The process took about 1 month. HR was very cooperative and helped me to prepare for the interview. The only important negative experience was I was not informed in recruiter leaving the company and did not get a final response on promised deadline.
