Booking.com Customer Service Representative - Japanese Speaking interview questions

Basically you have to go through 3 steps of Interview 1) Online Interview - whereby you put in your details through online, answer their language tests, etc. 2) Phone Interview - whereby they will contact you on a scheduled timing basis (30mins approx.) 3) Face-to-face Interview So basically they bring all the interviewees to a room for a presentation slide about Booking.com. After which they will request you to take another language test via the computer (multiple choice) After you've passed the test, they will interview you individually - if you are interviewing for an additional language, they will have that person to interview you whether through the phone or in that language.
