Interview
Long, lengthy, with lots of unpaid labor. Writing assessment + multiple presentations created for the panel interviews. Vague and unclear instructions for the assessment that they then grill you on in the interview. Acted like UX writing was a well-defined practice, as if it's not constantly evolving, and teams and companies are still getting used to working with UX writers. It was sooo strange. Felt like an interrogation rather than an interview.
