Generic interview process consisting of a chat with the recruiter following by coding and system design assessments. The coding design interview was done by 3 people who were mostly silent throughout the interview. They should be trained better on when to step in and provide a hint, and also should be more casual to help make the applicant feel at ease. In the end received a very generic rejection letter without any personalized feedback at all, not nice!
