First by Skype. Second personally by a group pannel at the lobby of a hotel. 2 people interviewing. Not planning process, not planned questions. Just a conversation, about you, your interests and so on.

No feedback received after the interviwe process. I was expecting the company to contact with more information than just an email informing I was not longer in the process.
They make you feel like they are making you a great favor by letting you participate in the process and never a word of selling you why it should be great to join the company
