First of all you have to do a group assessment giving a description of the company booking.com or of the job you are applying for. After there's a language test (in English and in your native language ) and finally a personal interview with the HR, that asks you questions about your experience as a customer service executive, why you want to work at booking.com, if you are available to work during Christmas holidays , etc
