I applied online. I interviewed at Booking.com (Manchester, England) in Feb 2024
Interview
First language test then video scenarios. If you pass these then quick phone interview and then Zoom interview with one of the managers and someone taking notes. Zoom Interview is very lengthy about 1 hour and you need to be a great storyteller to get anywhere. My advice would be, it is not worth the effort for just another call center role, they do not even have the courtesy to respond to your email when requested any update and feedback after a week.
