Booking.com interview questions

The first step is a quick phone interview with a recruiter then you get scheduled with a Zoom call with the hiring manager and team you will be joining into. The interview feedback took around 1-2 weeks.

The interview process seemed very straightforward enough for me. I applied through the Booking.com careers website and a month later, got an interview request to chat to the Recruiter. Following the recruiter, I had a 30 min chat with the Hiring Manager two days later. It was a simple enough process because I realised that the job the Hiring Manager described wasn't one I'd be interested -- luckily the [lack of] fit was mutual on both sides. I didn't make it to the last 3 rounds: - 2 x Product Craft - Director/VP Fit Luckily for me, the experience wasn't horrible -- very respectful. The [expected] rejection came a week later -- and outlined a few reasons too.
