Quite straightforward: phone interview general questions: past jobs , current, salary expectations , where do you want to travel, life interest. Where do you see yourself in 5 years. What is a good customer service.
As my previous experience, they do send an email and schedule an online interview. If you pass this process then second interview will be happen next weeks. After all the process you will receive an offer or not.
