Booking.com Product Owner interview questions

- First round: interview with recruiter about product management and commercial awareness - Second round: business case about my perspective on the future of travel and 2 A/B tests I'd like to run on Booking.com - Third round: in-depth questions from 2 POs about my experience with product management and data collection and the two A/B tests I proposed in my business case - Last round: on-site interviews in Amsterdam with 5 POs in 3 separate interviews. Took 4 hours in total.

The interview process is handled in a really professional way. From the first contact (on LinkedIn) throughout the end. It consisted in one screening interview with a recruiter via phone. Another technical interview by phone with two product owners. Then half a day of interviews at the office in Amsterdam. At the office there was first a short talk with two recruiters, then two interviews (each with two different product owners). Then since they were positive they asked me to stay longer and I had an interview with the head of Product Owners
