I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Booking.com (Amsterdam) in Mar 2019
Interview
Nice conversation, relevant questions, professional recruiter. They are mostly curious about your skills set and previous job experiences, your plans to relocate, if you are an international applicant.
They seem to be clear and transparent about the position, salaries, the team the applicant would work in, and so on. Overall: nice experience

Question 1
Professional experience, ambitions and so on, pretty average
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Booking.com (Amsterdam) in Nov 2018
Interview
So there are 3 seperate interviews.
First was a phone interview with Recruiter.
Second was a phone interview with 2 Analyst with 2 business case scenarios and break down on a report done in the past.
Final is a 4 hour interview which has 3 interviews. 2 analyst then another 2 analyst and a final with reporting manager for a cultural fit interview.
Overall the process was very good and the interviewers our very informative (except a couple of analysts gave the impression they didnt want to be there) but the other analysts saved the day and highlighted great culture.
I do think the process is very tedious. I was given 6 seperate business cases and the whole time you are unnecessary objected too for every approach you deliver. With no structure, even the interviewers confuse themselves about the questions they are answering.
In the end I didnt get the role. I had the feeling that they are not sure on who they want to hire. I was told to train my statistics skills online and come back 6 months later. But that suggests to me that you don't want to invest on training.

(This is pretty much all 5 of the interviews).
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Booking.com (Amsterdam) in Aug 2018
Interview
Clear process
1. Application.
2. Phone screening with HR - general conversations about experience and skills. Received an email with the home assignment afterwards.
3. Home assignment. You are provided with a data set, assignment itself consists of 3 parts.
4. Then 2 weeks later received a call that I'm invited for a technical interview. During the interview you need to talk about your experience + solve a business case. Not too tricky.
5. On-site interview in Amsterdam (flight tickets and 3 nights in the hotel are paid by the company). First interview with recruiter then 2 technical interviews (2 business cases for the first one and 1 business case for the second one but it depends) + cultural fit interview.
6. Next day received a call that they won't offer a position.
Overall a pleasant experience, received feedback after every stage.
