Interview
i dont know what to type here. They ask the standard interview questions. The HR team takes a while to get back to you about offers etc. Overall a solid experience especially if you are relocating internally

Question 1
It were 3 types of questions : 1) experience around managing people (how you're assigning tasks, managing load, managing motivation, the most complicated situations and etc.) 2) how you're familiar with booking.com products and benefits to customers 3) why you're applying, your self-motivation.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Booking.com (Wilna) in Nov 2014
Interview
First interview was on the phone. Second - eye to eye. All went rather unformally. Company made an impression of well stuctured, but rather unflexible system. Seems as a great environment for young devoted people without family though. Position seems mostly to be going around in your car while searching for new hotel accounts. Actually it's a salesman job.
