Boston Consulting Group Associate Consultant Intern interview questions

First round I had a strictly behavioral interview that lasted about 30-45 minutes. Then I had an online case interview. Finally, I had two case interviews as my final round.

Took more than 2 weeks. 2 interviews, 1 HR, 1 case. The case interview was not that difficult but definitely required some knowledge about variable costs, fixed costs, bonuses and HR operations. HR interviewer was a bit rude - didn’t feet too great.
