Boston Consulting Group Associate Consultant interview questions

Originally applied for the London office, got rejected from there... my 3rd option was Tokyo... they reached out to me and I went through the following: Test: Simple math test with numerical part and behavioural part (with over 370 questions in behavioural!!) 1st Round Interview: I only had 1 interview in this round. The nice guy told me I could do the behavioural part in Japanese (10 minutes with just jikoshoukai) and the case in English. They come up with a case (fermi estimation) off the top of their head on the spot based on you, your hobbies, the place youre from, whatever works for them. They gave me "How many Japanese students are in the UK". This I did in english, and went very well. This case lasted 30 minutes. 2nd round: This guy was the worst. I thought it would be the same 10 mins of behavorial in Japanese and then the case in English, but he chose to keep it all in Japanese - even though the recruiting team told me that I can choose to do the interview in either partially in English and mostly Japanese or partially in Japanese and mostly English... nevertheless, same structure as before but the interview was 45 minutes... same fermi estimation... I got: "What would be the daily sales of your nearby supermarket?"... he was quite arrogant, and frankly looked a bit depressed and very tired. Overall, good learning opportunity. Though, frankly feel I should have had the opportunity to do the case in English (which is my strength)
