The process was long and cumbersome (applied during covid). 3 rounds of interviews with different level of seniority. Interview always starts with fit and then a case to solve. Case to solve can be very challenging

I had a behavioral interview first then was handed a case interview for a second round. The case interview was pretty difficult and they kept piling on questions when I would report my conclusions. They would also critique a lot and tell me I would be wrong and see how I handled the criticism.
