Boston Consulting Group Associate Consultant interview questions

2 rounds. 1st round: 30 minutes behavioral, and an online case. online case is pretty standard, i thought I did terribly on it but I still made it to the next round. 2nd round: 2, 45-minute interviews. both had behavioral and cases. My first interviewer was super nice, the second was more intimidating.

There were two interviews. The first consisted of two case studies and a few fit questions, this was with consultant and manager levels. The second interview similarly had three case studies, now with director and partner levels.
