Screen: mental maths test, CV screen First round: online case experience (chatbot) and 45 minute case over zoom (with 2 CV/fit question first), think nature of case depends on background of interviewer (which is given 30 mins before interview) Second round: more cases over zoom

The staff all looked tired and overwhelmed. In terms of the interview process, I had to do two 45-minute case interviews, so plan on spending about two hours with the staff.
