I applied to German offices so this relates to their application process, which was online due to covid. As part of the interview process, there were 2 consecutive interviews. One online case which was like talking to a chatbot with a mixture of multiple-choice and written questions, and one summary video at the end. Then there was a real interview with a consultant which lasted about 30 mins, where about half were fit questions and the other half a short case study. Feedback is usually given on the same day.
