Boston Consulting Group Associate Consultant interview questions

Three rounds of interviews. First round consists of computer test (analytical skills) and case interview. Second round consists of 'in basket case' and case interview. Final round is a single case interview. In every round, the interviewers get more senior and more demanding.

Both a 45 minute maths test and a 45 minute interview (with a personal and case interview within this). The maths test was very difficult, 40 mins to answer 20 questions. The interviewer really expected me to lead the case study, but was very kind. Expect to talk about failures as well as successes, focusing on team work/leadership etc.
