Boston Consulting Group Associate Consultant interview questions

The interviews are very much focused on the analytical skills of the individual. For experienced hires, there is first a serie of 2 1:1 interviews with a consultant and a project leader. During the second appointment, there is a 2 hours paper case to prepare and present to a partner. Then there is another live case with a partner.

There are two rounds of interview at BCG, and both run on the same format - a fit interview first followed by a case interview. The first round is with associate consultants, while the second round is with senior level consultants. BCG is friendly, but remember to be very business oriented
