Boston Consulting Group Associate Consultant interview questions

This was my first ever consulting interview. Consisted of two interviews on campus. Each one was one 45 minutes, on campus, and was one behavioral question followed by a case. The first question was "Describe for me a recent group experience" follow by a case question of a merger between two companies. Each company had a different call center structures: one was regionally based throughout the US and the other was one giant call center in the Philippines. The second behavoiral question was "Tell me a time when you took a creative risk"
