1st round: Campus 2nd round: Office my office had a special interview called the written case. It was quite confusing with lots of data given prior to the meeting with the partner. Make sure to spend time to rehearse before getting into the interview with the partner. Fit was as expected.

Interview process: Business Consulting Group is looking to attract "talent" - however, the interviewer is not aware that there is fine line between arrogance and confidence. The whole process was unstructured: incorrect interview dates, several corrections, plenty of "eeeeh", "baby talk and gestures" coming from the interviewer. Unprofessional. Amateur, at best. That is why I declined.
