Long and comprehensive There were case interviews that were barely related to anything I have prepared for and fit interviews as well There was 1 test as well, numerical mainly. The time was not enough at all and it didn't reflect anything you'll do in the actual job

Interview
Once you are shortlisted, you are provided with access to CaseCoach resources which will help you prepare for the first and second round interviews. You will be assigned a BCG buddy who is an associate or consultant at the firm, who can provide tips, tricks, and insights into how BCG is like as an employer. There will be a workshop with all of the candidates to give you a crash course on how the interview process works, and also to put you through a mock interview process in teams (guided by a real consultant) - this happens once before your first round interview, and again before your second round interview (if you make it past the first round)
