Boston Consulting Group Executive Assistant interview questions

Video colloquio. Il recruiter era un profilo junior. Mi ha fatto parlare un po' di me e della mia esperienza lavorativa in italiano e poi mi ha chiesto dei miei hobby in inglese. Alla mia domanda sul perché ripubblicassero da diversi mesi lo stesso annuncio, ha ammesso che al momento non c'era una reale posizione aperta per quel ruolo, ma stavano semplicemente valutando profili compatibili in previsione che tale posizione si rendesse necessaria con urgenza.

BCG reached out to me via LinkedIn for an initial interview. I provided my availability to the HR person based in Boston and she was very unorganized from the start trying to schedule a call. The HR person was very sterile and seemed liked she read off a piece of paper the entire time (red flag). Glad I went with another opportunity as they were very transparent about the salary range (low end for NYC). The only good thing was the role was a hybrid role, they paid 100% medical and when you were required to go in, they are located in Hudson Yards.
