I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group (München, Bayern)
Interview
Very pleasant recruitment day with an on-site case on the computer followed by two interviews with consultants. Really felt like they want to see your best version and want you to succeed. However you need to prepare well for the format of case interviews. But they send helpful material beforehand and recommend books etc.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group (Princeton, NJ) in Oct 2019
Interview
My first round interview was on-campus. I had 2 30-minute interviews with two different interviewers. I had 5-10 minutes of behavioral questions and a case in each. The case was similar to what was online on BCG's website.
