Interview process is handled solely by the consultant that you work under, which results in a lot of variation depending on their practices. There will always be some form of a case interview question though.
Rounds of case interviews (online application, HR call, case interviews matched to the case leader), but because it's for a case team assistant it's not as rigorous as for an associate role

I had two interviews directly with the project team. Each was a standard 45-minute session combining a fit and case interview. The interviewers were very nice, answered my questions clearly, and made me feel at ease throughout the process.
