FIrst of all, you have to present a math exam that consists of 20 problems, and you are given 20 minutes to solve them. If you get luck, you are invited to an interview with 2 different employees. In my case, this happened with a project leader, an MBA from Stanford, and a consultant. During each interview you get questions about your resume and then you have to work on a business case with your interviewer. Here you get some guidance from him/her in case you get lost and during the whole process you are asked to interpret some charts, to size a specific market and to do some math operations. The last part of the interview consists of asking some questions you have concerns about. If you rock this interview you invited to a last interview with two partners of the company, or at least that is what i have heard since i didnt get invited.
