Formal interview process began with 1hr HR phone call. General behavioural/situational questions asked.
1st set of case interviews with two Project Leaders occurred ~4 weeks later. Each interview was 20min situational, 30min case, 10min questions to clarify. After the interviews was the computerised Potential Test; calculator was permitted. Positive feedback and progression provided before end of day.
2nd set of case interviews 3x weeks later. Same interview format as before, with one Project leader and with one Principal. Positive feedback and interview progression provided within 2-3 hours.
Final pair of case interviews with 2x Partners. Same format as before, although cases and questions were much more unstructured requiring deeper thinking compared to earlier.
Feedback and successful recruitment were only provided 3-4 days after the final interview. Formal offer was sent next day.

Question 1
Given your seniority within industry (10+ years), why do you want to transition to a consulting role now?
It was a fair process. The employees are quite helpful throughout the whole process. Once I got shortlisted, a couple of current BCG employees were assigned to help me prepare for the phone interview (initially) then for the in person case interviews.
