Boston Consulting Group Research Analyst interview questions

Two consecutive interviews, in person, with two different analysts from the company. Each is a case to be solved, but the style is different. Case changed with each of the interviewees going in. Took two weeks to hear back. I did not get accepted, but the lady on the phone explained to me the notes from both interviewers: Good performance, but answers not prepared in 'our style', and 'smart, but smartness alone does not show preparedness'.
