I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group (London, England)
Interview
The interview had a body language expert sitting in the corner observing, as well as two interviewers. Also, this position required me to speak Spanish. I had already passed a written Spanish test before being invited to interview and I thought the language part of the assessment was complete. One of the interviewers was Spanish and part of the interview took place in Spanish, which was unexpected! I had to answer some standard interview questions and then research and put together a powerpoint on a topic suggested by them in I think 20 minutes.
