Cv and cover letter. Then a numerical test which was relatively easy. Then an online interactive case study where you interact with a chatbot and have a 1 minute video at the end and 2 first round live interviews, then 2 final round live interviews with principals/ partners.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group
Interview
Overall super fun process and very chill! Two rounds of interviews with various members of the office, very nice people and overall enjoyable. I really preferred them to McKinsey and Bain.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself, where do you see yourself at BCG, etc.
Made it to 2nd round interview with 2 cases. One of the cases the interviewer asked me to find additional revenue. Ok that's easy. You find difference unit price * quantity sold. As I found this, interviewer said "No you need to find new price minus the costs then find the difference in old price." That's not additional revenue like what was asked in the stem, that's additional profit. So, I partly didn't get offered through fault of interviewer. It'd be best if cases weren't made by partners, but made by BCG so this type of stuff doesn't happen again.
