I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group
Interview
I applied on campus and was invited for a first round. Had access to a lot of BCG mentoring sessions before the actual interview. The process consisted of two consecutive on campus interviews. Not the easiest process but the help provided makes it relatively simple.

I applied online. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group (Peking, Peking) in Mar 2016
Interview
2 interviews, each for 30 minutes, one in Chinese since I applied Beijing office, one in EnglishI failed at the first one, because i became anxious when not enough data is offered;
I got good shot in the second, and talk about things like wharf, something related to the sea shipping, also I shared some insight in some industry I thought promising.
In the end, I didn't get into the next round of interview, but I did realize one thing, there maybe no answer to the case, you just need to analyse it, show your logic and communication skills. BYW I get this idea from one par of Oliver Whyman
