I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group in Jan 2016
Interview
Applied online and received an interview invitation about 10 days later. The first round interview consisted of two 45-minute video conference interviews (10-minute personal experiences, 30-minute business case, 5-minute Q/A). Three days later I was invited for final round interviews in the office. Same style of interviews with more senior people.

Question 1
What can you bring to a consulting team? Why BCG? Can you work on a team? etc. There was also the typical business case question.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group (New York, NY) in Feb 2015
Interview
I applied via my university's recruiting process. It was 2 rounds. In the first round I interviewed with 2 friendly associates. Basic half behavioral and half case structured interviews. I got a call a few days later saying I had made it to the final round. I was put in contact with someone from the office who was extremely friendly and helpful. Final round was a lot more tense with 2 partners.

Question 1
I was asked my biggest failure and what I learned from it.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2015
Interview
The interview process consisted of two rounds, the first round was purely behavioral/fit and the second round was two case interviews. For the behavioral/fit interview prepare for it like any other interview. Know why you want to join BCG, why you chose consulting and have a few stories about how demonstrated leadership that can be catered to a variety of questions. For the case interviews, the best way to practice is with someone.
