Positive outcome of detailed exchange by headhunter resulted in the interview with company management, HR with a panel of total 5 interviewers. Friendly atmosphere, yet thorough and detailed challenging. It was a pleasure to discuss the experiences and the match to the role in question

Long gaps between interview steps only to have an interviewer show up completely unprepared -- hadn't reviewed the resume, no interview questions, no real direction for the conversation or understanding of what to ask, critical of other participants in the process. The whole step was so underwhelming that I withdrew from any further consideration.
