Brenntag interview questions

Took forever for the interview/hiring process. Training consisted of 3 days before previous employee left. The only concern was the background check as they deal with chemicals.

There were two rounds of interview with Brenntag for the Marketing Coordinator role. The first round with the HR specialist and the second round with the Director under whom you shall be working. Both the rounds were pretty much behavioral questions with the first one being more detailed oriented. The communication can be very slow since it took them around three weeks after the interview to make a decision. The work culture looks pretty relaxed and not highly structured.
