Brenntag interview questions

A recruitment company proposed a contract opportunity with Brenntag, and I expressed my interest. I was then interviewed by the HR team and the Technical Lead. They introduced themselves and provided details about the company and the job. They were very friendly and professional, making me feel that I was a strong fit for the role. During the interview, I shared my dream job aspirations, my analytical thinking skills, and my problem-solving spirit. However, a few days later, the recruiter informed me that although the interviewers were highly impressed with my expertise and technical experience, they were concerned the job might not be challenging enough for me. They feared I might leave for a more challenging position soon after, which led them to choose another candidate.
